Booking & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Cottages are blocked only after full payment is received — first payment, first confirmed.

We accept UPI (9916903400-4@ybl) and card payments via the secure Cashfree gateway. A 2% processing fee applies on card payments. No partial payments, no cash, no payments at check-in.

After booking, please reply to your confirmation email with a masked Aadhaar or photo ID for each adult. Your food preference is captured during booking.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: 1:00 PM. Check-out: 10:30 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.

Saturday extended stay: Check-in 11:00 AM, Check-out 6:00 PM Sunday. Priced at 1.6× the regular one-night rate.

Occupancy

Maximum 4 occupants per cottage (counting everyone aged 1 year and above). Infants below 1 year do not count towards occupancy and are not charged.

Children aged 1–5: Free. Count towards the 4-person occupancy limit. Children aged 6 and above: Charged at the same rate as adults.

Property Rules

Hidden Eden is a strictly alcohol and drug-free property. Guests may not bring their own alcohol. No exceptions.

No pets allowed. We have 6 resident dogs who do not interact well with outside animals.

No loud music. Please use headphones or keep music at a soft volume that does not disturb other guests or the natural environment.

Quiet hours: 10 PM to 7 AM.

Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

Wifi

Wifi is available as an optional add-on (₹500 per cottage per stay) on a best-effort basis. We encourage guests to disconnect. Hidden Eden sits in an area with limited network coverage — we prefer you experience that as a feature, not a bug.

Meals

All meals are included: lunch, evening snacks, dinner, and breakfast. Meals are simple village food cooked by a local farmer family.

Non-vegetarian gravy is available on request for lunch and dinner. No non-veg barbeque.

We are unable to accommodate Jain or Halal food requirements. We cannot guarantee separate cooking vessels or Halal-certified sourcing.

Liability

Hidden Eden Farmstays is not liable for loss of personal belongings, injury, or accidents occurring on the property. Guests explore the farm and surrounding areas at their own risk.

Guided treks are available and recommended for forest areas beyond the farm boundary.
