What We Collect

When you book with us, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, food preference, and the names/ages of guests in your party. We also receive a masked Aadhaar or photo ID as required by hospitality regulations.

We do not collect or store payment card details. All payments are processed by Cashfree, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.

How We Use It

We use your information solely to: confirm your booking, prepare your meals and room, communicate with you about your stay, and send a post-stay confirmation.

We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party. We do not run remarketing campaigns or share data with ad networks.

Email Communication

When you contact us by email, your messages are stored within our email provider's systems and used only for booking coordination and guest communication.

Data Retention

Booking records are retained for 3 years as required by Indian GST and hospitality regulations. Guest communication by email is retained per our email provider's default settings.

Cookies

This website uses minimal cookies for session management during the booking process. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics that follow you across other websites.

Your Rights

You can request deletion of your personal data at any time (subject to legal retention requirements) by emailing us at bookings@hiddenedenfarmstays.com. We'll respond within 7 business days.
