Cancellation Policy
Hidden Eden is a small, family-run farmstay with only three cottages. A last-minute cancellation leaves us with an empty cottage and a family that prepared a meal, a room, and a walk they planned around your stay. This policy exists to be honest about that.
Refunds
50% refund if cancelled 21 or more days before check-in.
No refund for cancellations within 14 days of check-in, or for no-shows.
If We Have to Cancel
In the rare event that Hidden Eden cancels your booking (due to emergency, natural disaster, or circumstances beyond our control), you will receive a 100% refund.
We will also do our best to find you an alternative date or comparable accommodation if you'd like one.
How to Cancel
Email us at bookings@hiddenedenfarmstays.com with your booking reference and the word "Cancel". We'll acknowledge within 24 hours and process any applicable refund within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
