1. Booking & Payment

• Guests must be aged 18 or older to make a booking.
   

• Booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment as per the reservation confirmation.
   

• Check-in and check-out times will be communicated at booking.
   

2. Acknowledgment of Risk & Indemnity

2.1 Assumption of Risk

Guests acknowledge that Hidden Eden is a working farm with both domestic and wild animals as it’s on edge of a living forest. You understand and assume all inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Farm animals (e.g., cattle, horses, chickens) that may act unpredictably.
   

• Wild animals of all kinds (e.g., snakes, deer, foxes, monkeys, rodents, insects), which may be dangerous, venomous, or disease carriers
   

• Hazards from farm operations: machinery, tools, uneven terrain, water bodies, fire pits, open flames, bonfires.
   

• Fire, burn, or explosion risks linked to campfires or open flames.
   

2.2 Indemnity & Release

By booking and staying at Hidden Eden, you agree to:

1. Release & Waiver: Forever discharge Hidden Eden and its owners, staff, agents, and affiliates from all liability, claims, or demands for injury, illness, property damage, or death arising from your stay, even if due to their negligence.
    

2. Indemnify: Defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hidden Eden for any damages, costs, legal fees, claims, or liabilities arising from your actions or those of your guests, including children, whether due to inherent risks or negligence.
    

3. Acknowledge responsibility for your own safety and for any minors or pets accompanying you.
    

3. Safety Rules & Conduct

• Obey all signage, staff instructions, and safety warnings.
   

• Supervise children at all times, particularly near animals, water, machinery, or fire.
   

• Restricted areas (e.g., animal pens, fuel storage, machinery zones) are off-limits without explicit permission.
   

4. Fire Safety

• Fires and bonfires are allowed only in designated fire pits.
   

• Fires may be banned during high-risk periods; compliance with all fire safety regulations is mandatory.
   

• Any unauthorized or unsafe use of fire may result in eviction without refund.
   

5. Pet & Leash Policy

• Guests may bring pets only with prior approval.
   

• All pets must remain on a leash at all times, under the control of their owner, in common and outdoor areas
   

• Pets may not be left unattended or roam freely and must stay in designated areas.
   

• Owners are liable for any injury or damage caused by their pet, including interactions with farm or wildlife.
   

 

6. Alcohol & Drug Policy

• No alcohol or illegal drugs are permitted anywhere on the property.
   

• Violation of this policy may lead to immediate evacuation without refund and liability for any harm or damage resulting from the violation.
   

7. Property Use & Damage

• Guests are liable for any damage to the property, infrastructure, or wildlife caused by them or their pets.
   

• Charges will apply for repair or extra cleaning as needed.
   

• Hidden Eden is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings.
   

 

8. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellation terms adhere to those stipulated at the time of booking.
   

• We recommend purchasing travel and personal insurance; Hidden Eden is not liable for guest losses due to cancellation from personal emergencies or weather.
   

 

9. Governing Law & Disputes

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India.
   

• Disputes shall be resolved first by mediation; failing which, matters shall be referred to the competent courts in Benguluru, Karnataka.
