HIDDEN EDEN FARMSTAYS PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

- A customer is eligible for a 50% refund of the booking amount in case the cancellation (or) reschedule is requested 21 days before the check-in

- A customer is eligible for a 'no' refund of the booking amount in case the cancellation (or) reschedule is requested within 14 days before the check-in

• HIDDEN EDEN FARMSTAYS PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

In case of any Refunds approved by the HIDDEN EDEN FARMSTAYS PRIVATE LIMITED, it’ll take 6-8 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
